With the pandemic still at large, I wanted to share with you how to start 2021 on the right foot in a FREE 4-week online workshop series.

​

Throughout January 2021, the workshop series will consist of one workshop session per week to focus on one or two of the lessons I learned from 2020 that you can apply to your life. We'll go in-depth with each lesson so you'll come out of them with a better sense of what works for you. The workshop will be interactive & collaborative.

In this workshop series, you'll:

  • Prioritize your time, energy, & mental capacity for things you actually care about.
  • Spend more time with loved ones and feel less lonely.
  • Make the most out of the pandemic by doing things you love.
  • Be more gentle and patient with yourself, especially during difficult times.
  • Learn self-care techniques to maintain a strong mental health and well-being.
